The item comes from Silesian manufactory owned from 1889 by Erhard Schlegelmilch. However pottery production in Tillowitz started c.1811-13.They produced tableware decorated with flowery motifs. After WWII Tillowitz is in Poland and production was continued till 2001 butthey switched to stoneware .
Nowadays Prussia pottery is very collectible in Poland.
The mark on your bowl was used for export to the USA.
