    I aquired 4 of these at an auction. They are wrought iron. I had no idea what they were. That always catches my interest. I have been searching but have found nothing close. I have had comments that they are brackets, but for what? Are they something old or vintage? All comments greatly appreciated!!!

      Maybe for fitting over a door or something so that you have a (coat?) hanger on either side.

      Whatever they are... I think they are very unique.
      Taking a guess, and on a different thought then Blunderbuss3, maybe a part of an an ornate assembly.
