    I picked this up a couple of years ago at a local estate sale. I was told that it was Hatian. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything on the artist.

      i think it's Dominican [from the DR]. i've spent a little bit of time there and i associate white houses w/ Haiti and these very colorful homes w/ the DR. i might be wrong though...
