It has the "Wave Logo" from 1970-1980's.
Fun fact: This logo is technically known as The Arden Square with Dynamic Ribbon Device.

What would be best way of finding the value of a sign like this?
Coca-Cola sign collectors generally go for the pre-1970 pieces. Age, rarity, condition, size all play a part in determining value in the market. Search "Enjoy Coca-Cola Sign" in eBay sold listings and that will give you an idea.
