I have had these for years and love them so much! I love elegant glass and can usually figure out pattern designs, but, this one has me stumped. I picked them up second hand and cannot figure out the dots that have been added. The glass is 7 inches tall and has a paneled body. The gold rim is lovely too!

the stem looks like Tiffin 14196 which was finished with many different added decorations including many geometric needle etches and gold encrusted borders. Here's a "R" link with many of the variations, tho' I didn't find an exact match:

I have some glasses that feature this same wreath/bow design but are not bordered with gold, it is an etched border. Maybe this is Tiffin? Not sure how to attach a photo here.
