I would love to find out as much information on this bracelet as possible. I had a jeweler look at it the other day and all she could tell me was the stones look to be from the ground. I have considered getting it appraised but don't want to spend the money on if it's not worth it.

What? The jeweler told you the stones came from the ground - ? Where does she think stones come from? :-D :-D

Is that silver? Gold? Is there a stamp anywhere on the bracelet? Need more information.

It has no markings on it and she was referring to they did not look man made.

I suggest that you take it to a reputable jeweler and have the metal tested. Normally, a high quality piece of jewelry will have silver or gold stamps. The white stones - which may be zircons or a man made stone - look a little iffy to me because of the way they are set into the bracelet. It could be just how they appear in the photo.

looks to me like a beautiful art deco era (1920-1940) costume bracelet. The channel set stones in graduated sizes were harder to set I think, and suggests quality, as does the inclusion of a safety chain. The clear stones are set into a solid piece of metal with no way for light to pass through the facets, so are likely foiled. The metal would be rhodium plated pot metal or sterling. Only way to tell for sure tho is by getting it tested. Even if it is costume its a beautiful piece.

An identical bracelet was published in Collectible Costume Jewelry by Cherri Simmonds (1997). It is listed on p.78 as signed by Jomaz "rhodium-plated Deco-style bracelet" (the earrings in the photo are not a set with the bracelet). Here's the link:
