This Madame Alexander doll is from my Mom's collection. I am trying to find out which doll she is as the only information is the tag on her neck that just says "Madame Alexander, New York, All rights reserved".
All the other ones have names on the tags, except for this one.

I thought she looked like a Liz Taylor or Jackie Kennedy, but I don't think so as they have different mouths and eyes.

I would really appreciate it if someone can tell me who she is. Thank you for your help in advance.

And what is she made of Hard plastic or vinyl your photo is way to small does she have joints at knee's ,elbows ect and high heel feet ? Since Madame Alexander re issued dolls I can not be sure unless I see more photo's . Her dress if original would have a tag in it but I am thinking it may not be .

She looks like Jacqueline (Kennedy) the one from 1962, a 10? version of Jacqueline using the Cissette head and body. She was 10 inches tall so if you know the Cissette body it would help to know that is her .
Jacqueline doll was introduced in 1961. Although the Kennedy name was never used in connection with the doll, there can be little doubt that she was meant to represent the popular First Lady. Mrs. Kennedy’s wardrobe, designed by Oleg Cassini, set new standards of fashion for women around the world, and the doll version was equally glamorous.

      Hi Manikin
Thank you so much for your feedback. I actually found her information a few minutes ago. She is who you say, the Jacqueline doll from 1962. #886. Thank you so much for your help and I do apologize for not answering your previous post as I only saw this now. Thank you.

Yours looks like 1961 Alexander Margot doll, 10" tall, uses the Cissette head mold, has heavier makeup, hard plastic, rooted hair, sleep eyes, several outfits; our photo is of Margot in a princess gored gown in purple satin with sequin trim on the neckline, and matching headband. Doll will be marked like the Cissette head mold. Which would likely make your dress original .

Jacqueline wore very high fashion clothes true to what she wore , This dress is not quality of dress's they used on her that where designed by Oleg Cassini for Madame Alexander Company :-( but fits more to Margot .
