I bought this a few years ago. As you can see, it's extremely tiny. I haven't seen another one like it since, aside from the run-of-the-mill children's rings parents are flogging at the local markets.

I have less than no clue, katherine. That's a good suggestion, though. This ring does have a mark on it but it is veeeeery small!
Now, that's definitely something I've never heard of. Wow, an infants' ring!! It's pretty awesome looking and pretty tiny!!
It looks like a windmill, if so it could be from the netherlands (dutch). You see that symbol on other jewelry, like blue and white ceramic brooches etc.
