I really don't know how old this is...it was purchased in Vermont over 40 years ago as an antique. Blue and cream mottled finish in perfect condition...on 1/2 crackle on the inside in the finish....bowl has a 12" diameter and altogether stands approx. 10" high...I would like to know approximately what it's worth is.

I was told this is Splatterware - I found a McCoy bowl or a planter possibly with a blue pattern, same marking as yours BUT the mystery is that the inside of mine and yours is the same pattern and not a solid color. This appears to be VERY rare. Would love to attach a picture but not tech savy....
