Does anyone know what this is? For the purpose of me describing if, I will first describe the top or metal section, and the the lower wood section. The top has an engraved "holder" (maybe held poster or signboard)... It is mounted to the wood part, As you can see in the photos, there is a metal concave piece, normally I would say it's a candle holder, but the "holder does not look like it should be a candle. The engraved holder part measures 2 1/2" high by 1 5/8" wide. The bottom wood part is 3" tall. The diameter is also 3 " The bottom had a wood post 5/8" tall.... And it appears that the peg fits into someyhing to hold it upright. I think I've given you all the info... If you gave any idea what this is, please contact me... THANKS
