Anyone know what this is? It is solid wood hand carved, rather light in weight and 6" tall. I am having trouble placing it. On the bottom it is stamped in purple like ink 01 or 10. Folk art girl holding an elf doll, bow on head, looks like she is wearing wooden shoes as in Holland. Thanks for any help at all.
