Any idea what this tool is called or if it has any value? I know it is vintage and it is marked with this "Delly's fish stripper" on the top. It came from my grandfathers shed in Canada. It's the tool on the top.

It is a "fish gripper", as opposed to stripper, made in japan in the 1950's. I own one myself.
