Anyone Have any idea what these eagle pins are for? They are 1.625" tip to tip and come from an army officer that served from 1899 - 1929. He was in the Infantry, Signal Corps and Coast Artillery and Served in the Spanish American War in the Phillippines, Cuba, Mexican Border and in WWI in France. They look like they could be Colonel Insignia, but they are bronze, have the arrows in the right talon and the arrows are lightning bolts. They make me think radio / electrical operator. Can't find reference to these anywhere. Help is appreciated.

Hello, I have a ring with a very very similar insignia on it. Did you happen to find out anything more about this?
