I guess part of admitting you have a problem is sharing it...lol. After seeing Pickrknows beautiful display room I had to show that I at least try to keep a sense of organized clutter within my decor. My music corner turned out rather well. The Korg C 25 Digital Concert Grand circa 1992 is an on going project. Bought completely dead I'm in the process of replacing bad capacitors which has brought it back to life somewhat. Paintings hang where I can fit them and my computer room is wall to wall everything from art and glass to my Amiibo collection and a couple more keyboards. There's a spare bedroom I use for overflow (sorry no pic for that....shocking!) and my jewelry is stored in countless boxes and jewelry cases (see insert) in the computer room. It's a daunting task to display and organize so much. Coming up on my 1000th post I could easily double that with things I haven't posted. Estate sale time...well not yet. Plus there's no better half pressuring me either. :) -Mike-

Thanks Thomas :)...The Korg is MIDI'd to the little Casio. I still need to replace some caps to keep it running on it's own, but the MIDI section works fine now. The Korg will play for about 5 minutes on it's own and then quits as the bad caps discharge. The Casio is it's brain for now :)
If you took down those (ahem) outdated curtains, you'd have more space to hang things! Just saying. (I have a somewhat pathological dislike of curtains & carpet...)
Mike, I think it looks great, if you haven't enough room for stuff, gladly send to the "Ye Ole Horde" we'll find a spot to work with lol
Everything around here is outdated Celiene... including me :) Thanks Kerry it could look better if I had a truck to move some of the beautiful cabinets I always come across. I really need the extra storage and display space. Oddly I do know where everything is though albeit a bit dusty...lol.
It's fun to see how others display their treasures. Luckily there is always room for one more thing.

I bought my small organ/piano in same year I believe or possibly 2 years earlier. Loved having a piano to tinkle on.
I've always had one but these are much easier to move than an acoustic piano and the technology even back then makes them sound very good. I play just enough now so I don't lose my music reading ability :)

Thanks Lisa for the nice comment .... it is a tad out of hand but with the proper shelves and cabinets I could get it organized and displayed the way I really want it. That's the goal for the new year ahead ! -Mike- :)

I have passed on many nice pieces of porcelain recently because I am running out of space. My husband doesn't mind as long as the cabinet doors close. I have to buy new cabinets LOL

Thanks so much Freiheit :)...yes I'm sorely in need of even one cabinet. My sister got the dining room set with the cabinet when we moved. Formal dining rooms are kind of passe' now. So there's great finds in cabinets as a result but not having a way to bring them home is the biggest problem. No one has a truck these days unless you're in construction or a farmer....lol. -Mike-
