Unframed painting sign Caddell. This flakey art painting was again another rescue. Have not been able to find anything about the artist. Nor have I been able to get the right frame, yet. I think it might be a garden area looking out on the desert. The paintings is signed on front, bottom right corner with C-9 underneath signature.
