Ceramic Clown Bust Applying Makeup Signed Henry

This Ceramic Clown Bust is Signed Henry on the Backside. He Measures 10 3/4" Tall and 8" by 7" In Wide. I Believe He Might Have Been Holding a Makeup Tool. His Makeup is Partially Done So I Have Searched Endlessly for a Clown Applying Makeup.

I Have Found the Edward J. Rohn Pieces Which Are Somewhat Similar. Those Have a Wood Base and Do Not Have a Name in the Pottery Only the Makers Stamp Which this Does Not Have. If Anyone Has Any Information Please Let Me Know. He Is a Good Looking Clown and Caught My Eye For Its Lack Of Typical Bright Colors.
