Lincoln Toys Ready-Mix Truck.
Fills through hopper, rotating drum, tilts to unload.
Needs some cleaning, and a ready-mix decal on drum, but otherwise great shape.
Dirt on side of and in hopper is actual concrete that was mixed by someone years ago. I have since removed the concrete from side of hopper, but think I will leave the inside debris as a part of toy enjoyment history.

It looks too cold to be pouring concrete, even with calcium in it.

I agree Tom, too cold for concrete. That is why in my area there are 2 seasons, winter and construction.
