This is a cool old bottle I picked up at an estate sale. There is some kind of inventory-tax stamp on the side with a date but no year. It mentions an act of congress. I looked everywhere and can not find its equal to establish a date. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Brian O'Keeffe

It's a modern modern bottle. Post 1910. R Klingholz Co. was pretty busy in the 1910s.
