    Vintage Jim Beam Glass Decanter with Duck Design. This is a 4/5 th quart and is bottled in bond making it 100 proof. On the bottom it reads Federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle. I wanted to share and see if any beam experts have the bottle or an exact date on it.

      Pre-1965. Federal Law Prohibits statement was used after Prohibition to like the mid 1960s.
      If you see a company name with city/state, and there is no zip-code, probably like pre 1963. ZIPs became mandatory then, if I recall.

      Thanks Spirit I just found the Information on this. It's an early Jim Beam Pyrex Glass Decanter from 1955. I really enjoy the ducks on the glass it's well done.
