I've just looked at my brooch and its def 1950s plus. Sorry. I thought it was so close to yours. Typical clasp in full surround c shape.
Gorgeous solid blue glass leaves with circular patterns inset with clear blue and clear diamond style inset "stones".
It's a divine shape in excellent condition . Unsure of make as I'm looking late at night so can't see writing. First two photos are the front and photos 3 and 4 the back. If anyone has clues on maker please feel free to comment :) Fairly sure glass is Czech. Very very good quality.

Right above the top end of the stem, poking out from the bottom of the left hand flower, there seems to be a small metal tag? Any mark(s) there?
It is a very lovely brooch, very well made.

Gillian, I can't see anything with my eyes and I don't have a magnifyer.

Thank you Emme. Yes the blue is hilighted by the gold and the diamantés. I just love blues in stones and Bakelite. I'm unsure what the blue is made of. I doubt very much that even on costume jewellery they would use plastic pieces to emulate turquoise. But for now rather than over research a beautiful piece I just sit back and enjoy it :)
