There should be some information printed on the back of her head or on her lower back.
Efesgirl- it's has Japan on her back. That's all I see. Her waist twist and turn. Arms goes up and down at the shoulder joint area.
Please post a photo of her back.
Is her waist cut on a slant?

Efesgirl- the waist is slanted. She also can twist her waist as well.
Efesgirl- there's a printing on her lower back of her head that says M&C. WHAT THAT MEANS?
Efesgirl- I posted a picture of her small waist but it kind of dark. Camera bad!
I found this on eBay - M&C Toys doll - different face with a similar outfit. Don't let the asking price of the seller get you all excited...
These dolls are basically generic fashion dolls. Made in Hong Kong.
