i found this at Goodwill yesterday. it's very nicely made. i like the decorations on the arms. it's all hand-thrown and glazed. has anyone heard of Mike Roche?

Beautiful. This would fit in well with your Asian pottery - has that feel I think.
thank you swfinluv1 and racer! it fits in well w/ my many urns too. although it's quite different from his other studio pieces, i think it is the same artist swfinluv1. i wrote to him to find out for sure.
i was wrong! this piece is by another well-known potter named Mike Roche - in Ireland. He runs Kiltrea Bridge Pottery.
