This ring is signed with a capital "B" and 925. The only hit I get is a Native American silversmith called Billy Slim. I somehow can't see him making a ring this dainty, but who knows.

Can you show the hallmark, Bonnie? There are other Navajo jewelry makers who use a capital B as a signature. It's a lovely ring! :)

Okay, I've compared to all known Native American hallmarks and none are a close match, that is, that shape B with 925 impressed alongside.
Nearest is Ben Piaso, stamps with a B rough and uses Sterling instead of 925:
