Asian Handcrafted Pottery

I am hoping someone can translate the writing on the bottom of amazing vase. The vase is a beautiful dark blue with red flower and green grass paintings on each side. It measures 9" wide x 11 1/4" tall x 3 1/2" mouth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
