Beautiful form and colour for it's size. The pink opalescent bloom sits is a bed of colourless and opalescent glass petals which is three tiers. Rim is crimped with a ribbon of ruffles. The applied base has a snapped pontil.

    3-1/8" tall.
    The rim is 3-1/2" x 2-7/8" diameter.
The applied base is 3-1/8" diameter.

The maker for this mini floriform is presently unknown. Could be early Loetz production or from another glasshouse such as Harrach. The peony example in the last pic has been identified as early Loetz production in a Aurora, if there is anything I could compare it with.

Thank you, Phil. The base was a gift from my husband's mother almost 20 years ago. Charlie and I had a house-fire and lost everything. His mom was helping us start over and she gave us this base before she passed away. It came out of a Victorian home from an auction and the base was the top section of a column. I never knew what to do with it until I started my glass adventure. If she only knew what became of the base, I know she would thrilled of the sentimental value. Thanks, again, Phil. :)

Yes it was the base that struck me 3 years ago or a better word plinth. Holds everything well :)
