I got this at the flea market last summer, and it now hangs above my window. (The flea market is now totally destroyed... so I went 'digging' there recently and found a credit card. LOL.)

Anyway, I had a while ago noticed that most cars that got their license in my town have a standard plate starting with a D.

Can we figure out what city this was issued from in 1936, and even if a car or truck?

    Anyone know?

It will eventually be blasted lightly, powder-coated, and repainted.

Nice! Could be Saginaw, perhaps? Should be Black on grey.
