      I just checked out the ring.It is signed RLF 925 and Mexico. It also has a bell stamp on the outside of the band.

      A bell? The Taxco Eagle mark looks like a bell. That mark discontinued in 1979.

      This was made in Taxco. The "3" inside the Eagle mark means the ring was made in Taxco. This ring was made not later than 1979, as the Eagle mark was discontinued in 1979. RLF is the silversmith's initials.
