I haven't been able to find the potter of this vase
It is signed Zippa underneath and numbered 505
I'm tying to find the potter for quite a while
it remains a mystery even this potter must be known by somebody
I suspect it to be european?

Yes, i know that sold vase... some people attribute these Zippa vases to the Zippa Klinker GmbH, but I am not sure...

I think the second Zippa was/is a company that made bricks. The first Zippa makes ceramic tiles.

Well this isn't a tile and it isn't a brick, lol. :) Beautiful jug, I hope you find out who made it. There's a studio pottery identification group on FB that might be able to help, if you want to try them:

actually both Zippas are the same company...
nobody knows if the Zippa vases are by them...
and paul zippmann is just the founder of zippa...
people attribute these vases to that company because nobody finds another potter... but nobody knows for sure it is by that company i think

I thought as much. I had hoped Efesgirl would stop by - thank you.
