My old phone made in Singapore serial no. 70325

I found this at a thrift store years ago. I have never seen another phone even close to this. I"s cord is still mostly white with the 4 prongs.
14" tall
9" wide
7 1/2" deep

This phone has been a conversation piece but I know nothing about it.

Anybody with any ideas?
