I recently found this headboard in a resale shop in Phoenix, AZ, and it would be great if someone could tell me something about it. No markings other than some numbers on the back. Wood with brass finials and balls at the tops of the points. The finish seems to be a light brown with a greenish tint. Anyone seen anything like this before? I think it is pretty cool looking!
I am currently working on an estate sale and the owner has a bedroom set which includes a king-size headboard that looks very much like the one in your photo (with the exception of the color you describe). Her dressers are mid-century modern burled wood Thomasville. I do not know if the headboard is from the same line but it may give you a starting point for research. All the best.
