This is not Loetz, rather Rindskopf or maybe Kralik.. my vote is Rindskopf

Lisa, Some Loetz was cut from the top, have flat cut rims, and have no pontl mark

      Damn,
I was pretty sure about this.
It matched the shape on the Loetz web site so I thought.

I posted a picture from the loetz site.
And I see what you mean about the top

The shape, although similar, is not the same as the Loetz one (the rim is flat and wide, and angular, rather than the gentle curve on yours). Also, the spots don't look like Loetz Papillon. Definitely not Loetz. But Candia Papillons are pretty plentiful, and small, simple forms are not too expensive. I would suggest that you buy one to study.
