I won this Budweiser beer sign in a pool tournament back in 1985. It's about 34x14 inches and lights up with a pull chain. On the front left hand corner it says "Anheuser Busch inc. Brewers of Budweiser Beer, St. Louis Mo. item no.031-711 '83". On the back imprinted into the plastic it says "Property of Anheuser-Busch inc. item no. 03-4 1979". I've looked all over the net and cannot find another like it. Has anyone out there seen it before? Does someone else own one? Could it possibly be a one of a kind?? I'd be thrilled if someone could help me out with any information! Thanks in advance!!
I really don't know anything about signs, but this caught my eye. All I can tell you is that it is unfortunately not one-of-a-kind. I used to work at a bar/restaurant that had this same sign. I remember it clearly because when my son was little, he'd always ask me to "get the toys out"...the wagon & horses looked to him like something to play with. Best of luck finding out about it.
So I just logged on to let you know my search has started as well. I just picked up a similar sign at a yard sale today 4-2-17. Not much info on it nor another picture similar on the web. Same plastic housing although mine has a girl holding a bottle from the 60's or 70's under the Clydesdales.
