Each vase is blown of three different colours. Blue Topaz, Cobalt Blue and Smokey Topaz glass. Tube shaped vases have a pointed stem and double, embossed bands in two sections to hold and support the brass, rope wire that serves as the stand. Each vase has a vertical, wide panel pattern. The rim of each vase is cut at a 45 degree angle. The Blue Topaz vase does glow green under a UV light. See pic.
Unique center piece. Believe to be attributed to French Art Glasshouse, Legras. Around or after, 1899. Please look at link to view a few different tube vase shapes for reference in the comments.
The rim is 1-1/8" diameter.
