    Have had this piece of art pottery for at least 25 years. Found at garage sale in Homewood, IL. Who would have guessed? It is marked "A.R.Cole, Sanford, NC" . It is really a unique piece. Can't find another like it.

      I moved to North Carolina 6 years ago, and soon found myself collecting NC pottery. A.R. Cole Pottery is certainly desirable. Very nice batter bowl, good find!
