This is a small rose bowl with a glorious array of Autumn colours on a black background. Of course the 'black' is really amethyst as can easily be seen in bright sunlight. The spatter is between an amethyst inner and a clear outer.
I bought it many years ago thinking it was Art Deco, though now I wouldn't care to date it at all. If you have any ideas feel free to share them!
