Loetz compote
I don't know if the base is original ,it is similar to other pieces that I have seen.
My research seems to point to Loetz. These have been seen with all sorts of bases including statues and other decorative bases as well.
Hi
I guess there was a lot of copying going on.
Good info and thank you
Thanks for the loves
Rucklezglass,
Can't you see that big L I blew up for you....
Just kidding my friend.
Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me I see Loetz,Kralik,Harrack and Rinskopf on the same piece.Thats after an hour of looking at a piece of beautiful antique glass that I love just the same.
Then it happens.
I am told it is from home goods, or even worse Fenton
I am just joking around you know....I always appreciate your information because I honestly did not know that.
Just in a precocious mood tonight
You're not thinking of Lucy in the sky with diamonds are you?
Maybe that is why I am seeing all these beautiful things in glass.
Thanks for responding Lisa I can tell you have a terrific sense of humor
You are funny............
Love your glass pieces !! ~ WOW ~
Thanks Rose
it is a unique Green.Kind of color that reminds me of the decor when I was young.
You can still see it alive and well in some hotels in the Pocanos{NY}
A lot of people around here go to the Poconos for the weekend.
Please do not be offended if you live in and around Poconos New York as I was born in Buffalo.
