      This is known as a flatback figurine because there is no decoration on the reverse side. Probably made by one of the thousands of Staffordshire potteries in the UK. Not possible to identify which one.
      Could be from the Victorian (1850-1901) or Edwardian period (1901-1915), judging from the design.
