Looking to see if anyone can help and share some expertise. I found this at a local Goodwill. It is 8 inches high and hand painted. Not sure if I have a find or not.

The only thing I can tell you, is that it definitely isn't Native American Indian pottery....

Thanks, KimSue, there does seem to be an imprint of some sort on the base but hard to tell what it says.
