got this 1 yesterday at my fav flea market. got it and the new ridge runner stainless knife for a whopping 2.50 . lol I know its not an expensive knife, but its old as heck and I like it. the leather sheaths are selling for 3 times what I paid for both knives.

j martini won lots of awards for his rapalas and other similar knives back in his time. I read, he demonstrated the sharpness of them by shaving the hair off the back of folk necks.

this 1 is 8 ins long. its been scuffed in 1 spot by some attempt to sharpen it, but the signature is still very clear. condition isn't the best, but for 2 bucks, ill buy 1 like this every time. its a solid knife with no loose parts or chips and cracks. it was actually built to last, and it has.

the older knives were all made in finland. ive read that they are being produced in china now.

Sheese!.......So, even the Finns now don't make their own knives anymore....... Sad, sad state of affairs. :<\
