My daughter and husband found this in the attic of a house that they recently purchased. We know Weller is collectible but any information regarding the above piece would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Is it a cherry pattern? I can't read the second line there
The pattern is a perriwinkle blue viney flower with leaves. I can't identify the flower but it has petals as a daisy but there is only one profile of an open flower and the remainder are just unopened buds. The picture does not show the flowers very well.
