    I have loved this painting for many years. I thought I would share with you. It appears to be painted on a very fine silk. The painting measures 15" X 22" in diameter. It is marked with a red seal but I have been unable to make it out.

      Japanese. Depiction of the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Groves. The name K?rin is attached but unclear if it is the famous painter, his clan, or a fake.
