Does the cast iron case say China, or just the clock mechanism itself?

The cast iron case says "Made in China"

This looks like a reproduction of a clock made around 1890 - 1910. Many varieties of this type of cast iron case were made in that time period, and many had Western Clock Company one-day windup movements.
