    DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PINS..I recievedc them from a giveaway ad on Bis/Man Online and I have never heard,or cannot find any Info on them ,My grandmother Passed two yrs ago I just know she would know what they are,the box is 8 inches long and 3 1/2 wide and 2 inches tall.. on the pin paper/holder it says ( THIS PAPER GUARENTEED TO CONTAIN 400 ADAMANTINE PINS.) In which I have never heard of them Either..any info . would apprec.

      Dear Karletta. Welcome to WC. The sewing box probably contain several individual tools forming a sewing kit (I am not English speaking person ). The pins was the only remain left from that time. Some links to read about this

      none of these links tell me what ere they are from im assuming the 1920's or 30's as I have a sewing machine from than and it has some features as the sewing box..I love the look on my machine..and its in great shape what can I use to Preserve the box as on the bottom it is peeling some, any suggestions welcome.
