I enjoy picking up "miscellaneous paper" things. They often get interesting. These did not disappoint.

The earliest document is the certificate that Joseph (whose name is on all of these) has purchased what turns out to be a very big, illustrated veterinarian's book and gets a few years of free consultation. Dated 1914.

Item two is a deposit at the Shelby, Michigan, State Bank in the form of $1,450. Dated 1942.

The third looks like it is also a deposit and is the 'customer copy' given from a bank/lender after he paid off part of a 1,147-dollar debt. Dated 1949. Clarification is welcome.
