      Unknown brand to me. Maybe somebody else here knows something about them.

      I would leave it as is. Unlike on Pawn Stars where everything has to be restored (except coins)you may restoring it will devalue it. Also you are unlikely get back the time and money spent on restoration.

      It's a Brother, as in the well known Japanese brand, established in 1908. A straight leg treadle with a knee lift for the presser bar indicates a tailor's machine
