Late 50s, early 60s, judging by the mark, stones, settings. Weiss was in business from 1942 - 1971.
I thought Aurora Borealis Rhinestones were green? These are an amber color.

Aurora Borealis is the central stone. The petals are auburn or amber rhinestones, like you said.
