Futuristic style sedan made in Pittsburgh, PA.
A few models ( 2 ) of diecast cars were an added product line to the Jane Francis Doll Company. I only know of this art deco style sedan and a pickup, but other castings may exist. Short production run from about 1946 to 1949 from what I have read so far. I haven't done much research yet, so may not be very accurate.
Diecast metal. 6 1/2 inches long.
Surprisingly, for such a short production run, and heavy competition from Tootsietoy, there is a fair amount of these toys circulating, and are an nicely styled and inexpensive oddity for the vintage cast metal toy shelf.
