    I've never seen one like this it was passed down in just trying to get some information on it. Does anyone have any idea ?

      I'm pretty confident this isn't Fenton. It may have a pontil mark on the bottom (a rough spot where it came off the blowpipe or mold), which isn't typically found on Fenton except for some of its studio pieces by master glassworkers. You say it was passed down, so it may be Victorian glass (that is, from the mid-to-late 1800s). Could also be imported.

      This is not Fenton.

      It is most probably Bohemian glass ca 1900-1915 or so.
