I got this Tiffany and Company Belgium glass candle holder or walker yesterday at a local garage sale. It is marked Tiffany & Co Belgium and engraved with a signature. I have tried my best to photograph the markings and the piece. The larger end has a depression to hold a candle. Any information on this piece would be appreciated!
