      Hi Sassierdogz - to help people identify pieces it's really good to post more photos, particularly showing the base, even if there is no mark.
      So, we're guessing you’re a dog person!!!! (see how good we can be at investigation?!lol)

      Not possible to tell you who made this due to a lack of information on the item. No maker's marks of any kind are available for research purposes. I did not find another one listed on Google Images in spite of varied searches.
      Not possible to tell you where it came from for the same reason.
      I would say mid-century, since these all white ceramic statues were popular during that period.

      This black tie and tails Saluki will remain cool despite the anonymity that surrounds him!
